SOME ISSUES OF SAFETY OF SOCIAL INNOVATIONS

Summary 

The article discusses the relevance of the term "social innovations", which is actively used to better solve the social problems of the population and satisfy their social demands as much as possible. The multifaceted nature of this term and the need to use it in such areas as: health care, social services, education, unemployment, employment, reducing the level of poverty, improving the quality of life, migration, ecology, climate changes, etc., which are necessary to improve the level of well-being of the population, economic development and others are mentioned.

The main directions used for the development of social innovations in the European Union are also highlighted. In addition, it is indicated about the necessity of social security protection of innovations and innovative activities.
